- Preparing and maintaining detailed Scope of Works (SOW) for all contractors, ensuring full alignment with approved drawings, specifications, and brand standards
- Confirming that all contractor quotations match the SOW quantities and relevant drawings

- Conducting daily site walk-throughs to assess workmanship, safety, progress, and compliance with approved drawings and brand standards
- Managing defects through a live snag list, assigning responsibilities and ensuring snags are resolved before progressing to subsequent phases
- Tracking daily and weekly progress against the approved programme, updating activity completion status and keeping the look-ahead schedule current
- Logging delays, issues, and risks with clear cause-and-impact notes and escalating promptly to the PM
- Coordinating and booking all consultant and local authority inspections, preparing necessary documentation and recording inspection outcomes accurately in the project file
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) required with 3–5 years’ experience in site supervision or project coordination for remodels and/or new build projects

- Ability to work effectively with multiple contractors, consultants, and service providers across different project phases
- Working knowledge of on-site safety requirements under the OHS Act
