Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for a Mine Manager to be based at a mine in the Northern Cape!

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure zero harm and emergency readiness.
• Drive production performance in line with business targets and continuous improvement goals.
• Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Manage equipment maintenance, resource allocation, and cost control.
• Develop talent through coaching, performance management, and fostering a high-performance culture

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Degree in Mining Engineering
• Mine Managers Certificate of Competency
• Blasting Certificate for scheduled mines
• 8 years mining production experience in an underground mining environment
• Valid Drivers License
