Hire Resolve`s client, an architecture firm, is actively seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their team in Ballito, KZN. You will play a crucial role in transforming architectural designs into detailed plans and specifications necessary for the construction process.
Responsibilities:
Produce detailed drawings and specifications based on architectural designs
Conduct site visits and inspections to gather relevant data for project planning
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project feasibility
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Assist in project management tasks to ensure timely delivery
Provide technical support during the construction phase
Attend project meetings and represent the architectural team
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of project changes
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural design or technological roles
Proficiency in Archicad, SANS, and other design software
Strong knowledge of building codes and construction methods
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A valid driver`s license is necessary for site visits
