About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our KwaZulu-Natal branch, driving growth and delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, growing revenue through sales and collections, and promoting credit loans to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage resources and staff to achieve monthly set branch loan application sales targets
- Meet monthly set branch loan application sales targets by promoting credit loans and assisting customers
- Deliver great customer service to our clients
- Grow revenue through sales and collections
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Micro Finance
- Valid Drivers License
- Computer literacy at an intermediate level
- Certificate/Diploma in Frontline Service (NQF L4) – Advantage
- Certificate/Diploma in General Management (NQF L5) – Advantage
- 2 years of experience in junior management
Qualifications
- Certificate/Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF L4)
- Certificate/Diploma in General Management (NQF L5)
