About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lodge Anchor to join our award-winning luxury safari lodge in Sabi Sands, South Africa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable guest experiences and ensuring seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Lodge Manager with daily operations and ensure seamless guest experiences
Act as a point of contact for guests, handling requests, feedback, and queries with professionalism
Oversee and assist with front-of-house duties, reservations, hosting, and guest check-ins/check-outs
Maintain communication between departments and ensure high service standards are upheld
Assist with staff coordination, motivation, and general lodge management when needed

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role in a high-end lodge or hotel environment
Strong F&B knowledge
Strong communication and leadership skills
Confident hosting ability and an eye for detail
Passion for the hospitality industry and guest satisfaction
Comfortable living in a remote bush setting and working flexible hours
