URGENT VACANCYBUTCHER MANAGER DURBAN, KZNWe are seeking a dedicated, leader to manage our team. Your previous sound experience in Safety, Hygiene, Problem solving, Fresh meat breaking and cutting, De-boning, Curing, Salting, and drying, Mincing, and filling and legislation are required for the post. Previous managerial experience essential.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS – (Please ensure you meet the requirements below; your application will be automatically rejected, if not) Matric / Grade 12 with MATHEMATICS EssentialGrade 1 Meat Cutting Certificate or Recognized Completed, Butchery Apprenticeship Proven experience in cutting and preparing products to specification for commercial or retail customers.Qualifications in Knife Skills, Food Safety and Health and Safety5 years experience in all aspects of day to day running and managing of a meat market.Computer Literate POS system preferredExcellent communication and administrative skillsHigh degree of organizational, leadership and discipline skillsCall Deon Doncour Recruitment
