Job Description Reporting to: the Director / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the following key functions on residential & commercial projects: Preparing cost reports Attending client and site meetings Preparing estimates Preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQs) Working with JBCC contracts Qualifications BSc/BTech QS Skills Proficiency in WinQS and DimX software Strong understanding of construction processes and materials Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5 years experience Benefits Inclusive
