Key Responsibilities
- Implement customer retention strategies and ensure exceptional customer service that builds lasting relationships.
- Manage inventory effectively, minimize stock losses, and maintain optimal stock levels to meet sales demands.
- Uphold company policies, industry regulations, and risk management practices to safeguard the business.

- Oversee cash handling, manage financial transactions accurately, and ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of proven experience in Retail Management.
- Professional Expertise: Stock Management, Compliance & Risk Management, Financial Acumen, Team Leadership, Change Management.
- Strong Business Acumen: Leverage strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive growth and make informed decisions.
- Sound Judgment & Decisiveness: Make clear and confident decisions that benefit both the team and the organisation.

- Grade 12 Matric qualification
