Employer Description A luxury Game Lodge located in the Northern KwaZulu Natal. Job Description Our client, a luxury game lodge group, seeks an experienced and courteous Executive Housekeeper to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional hospitality skills, ensuring a warm welcome for guests. A proven track record of working in a similar luxury lodge or hospitality environment is essential. You will be responsible for: Management of the housekeeping team Management of the Laundry team All housekeeping related stock orders Monthly stock takes Room checks Budgets Equipment Staff skill development and training Qualifications Hospitality Management Diploma or related Qualification Skills The successful candidate must have: At least 2 years relevant experience in a 5 star operation Some form of managerial training Valid unendorsed SA drivers license essential. Experience in the service industry especially in dealing with guests and staff Previous housekeeping experience Attention to detail and a positive outlook while being responsible, flexible, accurate, excellent team player, creative, committed, hardworking and eager to learn.
