Ladysmith: Branch Manager

About the Role

G4S Cash Solutions (SA), a leading provider of integrated cash management solutions, is seeking a Branch Manager based at our operations in Ladysmith. Key Responsibilities

• Manage branch resources and procedures to ensure that the contractual obligations to customers are achieved cost effectively and that the company’s security procedures are applied throughout the branch.
• Continually review and improve branch profitability and security.
• Overall accountability for Cash in transit (CIT), Cash Processing Centre (CPC), Control Room, Safety, Security and people management and Vault within the branch.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years management experience
• Business acumen – sound understanding of financial information (Profit and Loss Statement)
• Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management

Qualifications

• Matric 3 year tertiary qualification (relevant qualification in General Management recommended)
