About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Centre Administrator to join our team in Langebaan. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling calls and customer interactions with professionalism and empathy, while also providing administrative support to our UK operations team.

- Handle calls and customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage and update CRM systems accurately.
- Provide administrative support to the UK operations team.
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in a call centre or administrative environment.
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills.
- Experience with CRM systems beneficial.
