About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Centre Administrator to join our team in Langebaan. As a key member of our UK operations team, you will be responsible for handling calls and customer interactions with professionalism and empathy, managing and updating CRM systems accurately, providing administrative support to the UK operations team, and delivering excellent customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
