General Manager
We are seeking an accomplished and highly motivated General Manager to lead one of our distinguished luxury properties. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in hospitality management, exceptional business acumen, and a passion for delivering world-class guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction across all departments to ensure operational excellence
• Drive financial performance through effective cost management, revenue growth, and budget control
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of service excellence and accountability
• Oversee guest experience standards, ensuring every detail reflects the brand’s commitment to luxury and quality
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including owners, guests, suppliers, and partners
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations
• Implement innovative initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and sustainability practices
• Maintain the property’s reputation as a leading destination within the luxury market

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Manager within luxury hotels, resorts, or lodges
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams
• Solid financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, P&L, and KPIs
• In-depth understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest expectations
• Ability to thrive under pressure while balancing operational detail with strategic vision
• Relevant hospitality or business qualification (degree/diploma preferred)
• Flexibility to adapt to remote lodge environments and dynamic operational demands
