• Relevant Accounting Qualification with 2–3 years’ experience.
• Computer literacy (MS Office) essential.
• Pastel Accounting experience essential

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
 

• Manage and maintain debtors and ensure timely collections.
• Perform bookkeeping to trial balance and support month-end procedures.
• Handle costing and financial analysis to support operational efficiency.
• Prepare and interpret management accounts and other financial reports.
• Maintain and update the fixed asset register accurately.
• Ensure compliance with audit and financial governance requirements.
• Oversee all Pastel Accounting processing and reconciliations.
• Supervise wage and payroll processing, as well as overseeing all payments.
