Job Summary

You will form part of the Spa Team (Hoedspruit & Sabi Sands). You will report to the Spa Manager and work closely with all the Spa Therapists. You will collaborate with the team to ensure a world-class guest experience. Ideally, you will have no less than 3-years of working experience in a high-end spa.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • No less than 3 years as a Spa Therapist.
  • No less than 3-years’ experience in a high-end facility
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Computer literate
  • Drivers Licence
  • MUST be able to perform ALL Beauty Treatments: e.g. Facials, massages, Waxing, Body Treatments, Manicures & Pedicures

TECHNICAL SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Somatology or similar qualification. An internationally recognized qualification would be

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Here is a little peek into what you would do in our Spa.

  • Guest Engagement.
  • Deliver treatments.
  • Selling treatments.
  • Actively developing the Spa team.
  • Assisting the Spa Therapists with their treatments.
  • Reservations and front desk duties.
  • You will assist with overseeing all admin and financial controls at the Spa.
  • You will assist with daily, weekly and monthly checks including month-end requirements.
  • Ad hoc Site visits
  • Hosting

POSITION DETAILS:
Contract type: Permanent
Sites: Hoedspruit & Sabi Sands
Work Cycle: 6 weeks on 2 weeks off

BENEFITS:
Accommodation + Uniform + Meals on duty
Cash + Provident (7,5%)
BASIC SALARY: R7000-R8000 PLUS COMM
