About the Role
Wild Dreams Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Therapist to join our Wellness Centre team in Limpopo. As an Assistant Wellness Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional wellness treatments and yoga sessions while assisting with the day-to-day management of the Wellness Centre, ensuring smooth operations and consistently high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Wellness Manager in the daily operations of the Wellness Centre
- Manage the Wellness Centre independently when required, including during leave cover
- Perform a wide range of wellness and spa treatments to a high standard
- Conduct yoga sessions for lodge guests
- Assist with stock control, stock takes, and ordering
- Manage therapist schedules, team leave, and daily allocations
- Ensure exceptional guest care and handle guest queries professionally
- Maintain hygiene, treatment standards, and operational protocols
- Assist with reporting and general administrative duties related to the Wellness Centre
Requirements
- CIDESCO and/or ITEC qualification
- Proven experience as a Senior Therapist with exposure to management duties
- Confident in performing multiple wellness treatments and leading yoga sessions
- Strong organisational and people-management skills
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
Qualifications
- Completed CIDESCO or ITEC certification
Salary & Benefits
Basic salary: R16,000 per month. Participation in the gratuity pool (unless individual gratuity applies). Meal allowance: R3,200 per month (over and above salary). Medical aid contribution: 50% after successful three-month completion. Live-in accommodation provided. Bed-night benefit after successful three-month completion.
