• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proven mechanical competency and hands-on technical ability.
• Borehole and irrigation knowledge, particularly related to the Limpopo River or similar environments.
• Demonstrated experience in citrus development projects and tree management.
• Strong leadership and people management track record.
• Excellent administrative and computer literacy
• Proven ability in planning, coordination, and analytical thinking.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making
• Willingness to work remotely, including weekends or irregular hours when required.
• Must be in good physical health, able to perform field-based and physically demanding tasks in hot conditions.
• Willing to reside in a remote area (far from shops, schools, and urban centres).
