Job Summary
- Oversee day-to-day dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, and administration.
- Drive profitability through effective business planning, cost control, and revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Implement and maintain compliance with OEM and group standards.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve market share and customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational KPIs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Dealer Principal or Senior Manager in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, including financials, HR, and OEM requirements.
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and improve profitability.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Relevant qualification in Business Management or Automotive Management (advantageous).
