About the Role
Dynamic Outsourced Solutions Pty. Ltd is seeking an External Sales Representative to expand product placement and distribution within national and regional hardware retailers. As a commercially minded sales professional, you will focus on opening new retail accounts, securing listings, and building long-term relationships with store owners, buyers, and regional decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure new hardware retail customers, including independent and large-format stores
- Drive product listings and placement within hardware and building supply stores
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and regional decision-makers
- Conduct store visits, presentations, and product demonstrations where required
- Follow up on pricing, listings, orders, and repeat business
- Monitor competitor activity and identify market opportunities
- Achieve agreed sales and distribution targets
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client documentation
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric essential
- 23 years experience in a similar external sales role
- Experience selling hardware, building materials, tools, or related retail products (essential or highly advantageous)
- Proven ability to place products into retail or hardware store environments
