About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Guest Experience Manager to join our luxury safari lodge in Limpopo. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end guest journey and ensuring a seamless, personalised experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of a service-first culture
- Collaborate with lodge management and guest-facing teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Foster high levels of emotional intelligence and interpersonal presence among team members
- Analyse and respond to guest feedback through designated platforms
- Utilise PMS systems to manage guest interactions and preferences
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Requirements
- 58 years of experience in luxury hospitality, lodge, or hotel environments
- Proven experience in guest relations or guest experience leadership
- High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal presence
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong situational awareness and attention to detail
- Comfortable leading through influence rather than hierarchy
- Familiarity with guest feedback platforms and PMS systems (advantageous)
