About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Anchor to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality in Limpopo. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to our guests while supporting the overall operations of our mid-sized lodge. If you have strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Host and manage teams across various departments
- Support operations and maintain the warm, personalised service expected in a luxury safari environment
- Provide exceptional guest relations and hosting services
Requirements
- Matric with Hospitality qualification (bonus)
- Previous similar experience in a luxury safari lodge or camp environment
- Strong front of house experience with exceptional guest relations and hosting skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership and team coordination ability
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Calm, professional approach in a high-end, fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s licence
- Willingness to live and work in a remote setting
