Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the new vehicle sales team
- Drive sales performance to achieve monthly targets
- Oversee daily operations, showroom standards, and customer engagement
- Implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Support the team with deal structuring, customer negotiations, and closing
- Ensure excellent customer service and high CSI ratings
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Work closely with management on reporting, planning, and forecasting
Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience in new vehicle sales
- Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role
- Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills
- Professional, customer-centric approach
- Valid driver’s license
