- Agricultural Diploma/ Degree advantageous
- Min of 4 years previous vegetable farm management experience
- Proven working knowledge of vegetable production
- Previous experience with potato, pumpkin and tomato farming
- Computer literate
- Being maintenance orientated essential
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong leadership skills and able to motivate team
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid passport
