• Experience in the agricultural or horticultural sector is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of plant care, seasonality, and agricultural practices
• Understanding of different vegetable varieties and their growth characteristics
• Passionate about the outdoors and/or agriculture
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Customer relationship management (CRM).
• Able to speak confidently with farmers, and suppliers.
• Language proficiency in English and/or Afrikaans (depending on your market).
• Can develop marketing strategies to drive sales (e.g., promotions, campaigns).
• Digital marketing: social media, website content, email marketing, etc. (bonus)
• Creative with problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license – may need to travel to clients or markets.
