CREDITORS ADMINISTRATOR Location: Linbro Park, Sandton Salary: R15 000 R20 000 (depending on experience and qualifications) About the Role A manufacturer is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in creditors, strong accounting knowledge, and relevant tertiary qualifications. Key Responsibilities Capture supplier invoices (non-stock) and reconcile supplier statements. Approve supplier invoices (stock) and reconcile supplier statements. Ensure accurate and timely supplier payments. Allocate credit notes to invoices. Submit proof of payments and remittances to suppliers. Assist the bookkeeper with creditor queries. Monitor and validate all invoices for SARS VAT compliance. Prepare and submit creditor reports on time. Hand over documentation for approval and authorisation. Maintain proper filing of all creditor-related communications and transactions. Process sales invoices. Support the finance team with overflow accounting tasks. Perform general admin duties. Requirements Tertiary qualification in Accounting/Bookkeeping or relevant short courses. Minimum 3 years experience in a finance or accounting role. Experience using Xero or similar accounting software. Strong accounting knowledge. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong organisational and planning skills. High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines.
