Job Summary
The company is seeking a motivated and skilled Adviser to join their team in Louis Trichardt, Limpopo. This mid-level position focuses on selling short-term commercial and personal insurance products and services to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for aggressively marketing and selling these products while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Actively sell short-term insurance products, specializing in both commercial and personal lines. Generate and provide quotations to clients based on their specific needs. Follow up on leads to convert them into clients. Build and maintain a robust client base through effective relationship management. Advise clients on their short-term insurance needs, ensuring they are well-informed. Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently. Manage the renewal of insurance policies, ensuring timely processing. Conduct on-site meetings with clients to discuss their insurance requirements. Collaborate with service providers and implement company strategies effectively. Minimum
Requirements:
Grade 12 qualification. NQF 4 Short-Term Insurance Certificate. RE5 Certificate. 3-5 years of experience in short-term insurance, specifically in commercial and personal lines. DOFA confirmation from the FSCA. Proficiency in MS Office. Skill Sets Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation abilities. Highly client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills. Resilience and the ability to manage stress effectively. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Planning and organizational capabilities. Proven sales and marketing experience. Own transport is essential for client meetings. Why This Role?
