About the Role
We are seeking an experienced After Sales Manager to join our team at GAP Consulting in Lydenburg. With a strong background in Dealership After Sales | Service and Parts Management, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing after-sales operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage after-sales operations, including service and parts management
- Analyze sales data and identify trends to inform business decisions
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and revenue
- Ensure effective communication with customers, dealerships, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ Dealership After Sales | Service and Parts Manager experience within the Automotive Industry
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification and strong Working Knowledge of Automotive After Sales Management disciplines essential
- Must have a valid Driver’s Licence essential
- Evolve | Keyloop Dealer Management Systems experience will be advantageous
- Able to work in a high pressure, competitive Automotive Dealership environment
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ dealership after sales service and parts manager experience within the automotive industry
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. degree or diploma) in a relevant field
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary R 35 000 to R 45 000 based on experience
