Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training, and developmentEnsure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policiesAdvise and support managers on employee relations and performance issuesDevelop and implement HR strategies to support organizational goalsMaintain HR metrics, prepare reports, and analyze data to drive decision-makingSupport workforce planning and succession planning initiativesManage employee disciplinary and grievance processesFoster a culture of continuous improvement and employee satisfactionLiaise with unions and manage industrial relations issuesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred)7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or superintendent roleStrong knowledge of employment law and HR best practicesExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsExperience with HRIS systems and data analysis toolsAbility to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.Preferred Qualification.
