Salary: Negotiable DOE | Live-In

A 5-star lodge in Madikwe Game Reserve is seeking a Relief Management Couple with at least 23 years experience (or more) in 4- or 5-star properties. The successful candidates will manage lodge operations temporarily, ensuring smooth functioning, guest satisfaction, and team leadership.

Requirements:

• Minimum 23 years experience in 4- or 5-star properties.

• Own transport and valid drivers licence required.

• Ability to manage a team and their time effectively.

• Creative, out-of-the-box thinking; able to problem-solve independently.

• Self-motivated and capable of working without supervision.

• Outgoing personalities with the ability to entertain and engage guests.

Him Required Skills:

• FGASA Level 1 (Level 2 preferred) all guiding qualifications up to date and paid.

• Any trail qualification advantageous.

• First Aid Level 1.

• General maintenance skills and knowledge.

• Strong hosting skills.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Her Required Skills:

• Strong hosting skills.

• PAN knowledge.

• Computer literacy MS Office.

• Some administrative skills.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
