Maitland: Junior Operations & Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily operations and staff management Coordinate order dispatch and ensure timely deliveries Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction Conduct cold calls and support sales activities to generate new business Prepare and manage reports, orders and admin tasks efficiently Support the team with on-site visits and client meetings Maintain a professional, presentable image at all times Requirements & Experience Matric (Grade 12) required; a relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage 12 years experience in operations, logistics, or sales (preferred but not essential) Must have own reliable transport and be willing to travel across Cape Town Must be available to work 5:00 AM 2:30 PM daily and some weekends as needed Excellent communication, time management and teamwork skills Self-motivated, teachable, and able to perform well under pressure
