About the Role
We are seeking a fully qualified and experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our automotive dealership team in Western Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving finance and insurance sales, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure and finalize finance and insurance deals with customers, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
- Negotiate effectively with banks and financial institutions to secure the best deals for clients.
- Consistently achieve F&I sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Prepare, submit, and manage all relevant documentation and reporting in line with company and compliance requirements.
- Provide professional guidance and clear explanations of financial and insurance products to customers.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximize dealership profitability.
Requirements
- Fully qualified F&I professional with 35 years proven experience as an F&I Manager in the motor industry
- Strong track record of achieving F&I targets and maintaining high compliance scores
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with financial institutions
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
