Hospitality and Outdoor – New Vacancy – Receptionist Mbombela- 3* Guest House & Conference Facility Requirements · Min 2 years’ experience in a similar position in a 4-to-5-star environment. · Must have Matric. · Diploma in Hospitality. · Fluent in English. · Must have Excellent people skills. · Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. · Must have full knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook. · Must have experience working on PMS and POS systems. Description · Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out and room allocations · Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications · Respond to guest queries and requests in a timely manner · Process payments and handle cash floats · Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams · Provide information on local attractions and activities · Maintain accurate records and reports · Cover shifts as needed, including weekends and evenings Package on offer · R 6 000 pm · Onsite Accommodation · Benefits including staff facilities, medical insurance and provident fund Starting Date: March 2026
