Salary:
ZAR40000 – ZAR60000 Per month Job
Duties:
Supervise and coordinate the processing operations in the designated area. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards. Oversee the scheduling of production activities to meet deadlines. Maintain accurate records of production and quality control metrics. Train and develop processing staff to enhance performance and efficiency. Troubleshoot any operational issues and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with other departments to optimise overall production processes. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a processing environment. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Education: Relevant vocational training or certification in processing or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in processing operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of processing technologies and equipment. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities. Team leadership and coaching capabilities. Knowledge of FSSC and HACCP essential Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or a related field. Additional certifications in health and safety management. Working Conditions: Work primarily in a processing plant environment. May require occasional weekend or evening work to oversee production activities. Exposure to loud noises, machinery, and potential hazards.
