About the Role
Flair TM is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to manage end-to-end national recruitment for our logistics operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing high-volume blue-collar talent as well as specialist and management roles. If you have a proven track record in recruitment, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a strong understanding of compliance processes, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end national recruitment (drivers, fleet, warehouse, technical, and support staff)
- Source and place high-volume blue-collar talent as well as specialist and management roles
- Conduct screening, competency-based interviews, and reference checks
- Manage criminal, credit, qualification, and driver verification checks
- Coordinate medicals, inductions, and onboarding processes
- Arrange and track training interventions for drivers (e.g., PDP, safety, compliance training)
- Support workforce planning and operational hiring demands
- Maintain recruitment reporting and compliance documentation
Requirements
- 3–5+ years’ recruitment experience (logistics, transport, or industrial sectors preferred)
- Proven experience recruiting drivers and operational staff nationally
- Strong understanding of compliance, verification, and vetting processes
- Ability to manage high volumes under tight deadlines
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Valid driver’s licence (advantageous)
