About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warranty Clerk to join our team at Signa Opportunity in Middelburg. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of warranty services, managing relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Open warranty job, attach order and warranty details.
- Check serial number on Global E for warranty period and confirm or decline request.
- Issue parts number for the Parts to the Foreman.
- Capture warranty details on warranty control log.
- Process warranty claims.
- Log warranty details on warranty control log and add to job pack.
- Close job and share file with costing clerks.
Requirements
- Basic financial transaction experience.
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Problem-solving and decision making.
- Proactivity and self-direction.
- Interpersonal skills.
- MS Office (Intermediate level).
- Clear security screening record.
Qualifications
- Certificate: Supply Chain/Logistics/ Finance or related.
- Grade 12.
