Job Description

Vibrant restaurant-based company, situated in Midrand is in search of an Office Administrator for their Head Office location. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have the ability to problem solve, show good customer service skills as you will be required to handle operational suppliers and service providers. Loyalty and honesty are key to this role. Responsibilities and Duties Managing inventory, including ordering and restocking stock, crockery, stationery and other supplies. Stock Control Liaising with Supplier Be in communication with suppliers regarding deliveries and following up. Creditors control and reconciliation of statements Process invoices and retrieve information on Sage pastel Filing and archiving: documents in both paper and digital formats. Creating and maintaining office documentation, such as letters, reports, and presentations. Updating and maintaining databases: and computer records. Managing office inventory, including ordering and restocking stationery and other supplies. Performing data entry: and maintaining organized records. Operating and maintaining: office equipment like printers and copiers. Providing support: to colleagues by assisting with their administrative tasks.
