Midrand: Core Voice Engineer

Duties (including but not limited to): Maintain and design SIP core platforms, numbering plans and call flows, and call routing and interconnect architecture Optimise, configure and manage SIP trunks and interconnects, and Session Border Controllers Secure SIP environments against toll fraud, DoS, and SIP based attacks Provide third line support for complex incidents Perform advanced SIP Signalling and RTP media troubleshooting Integrate core voice platforms Ensure interoperability across multi-vendor environments Maintain and implement voice security controls Support pre-sales and solution design for complex requirements Minimum requirements: Expertise in SIP-based voice networks Avdanced SIP troubleshooting experience Qos optimisation and RTP media flow analysis High-availability design (active/passive, active/active) Strong IP Networking knowledge 5 Years experience in a similar role Experience working for a MSP, carrier, or provider preferred Proven experience managing high-volume, business-critical voice platforms Must reside in or around Midrand/ must be willing to relocate closer to Midrand Consultant: Carmen Bosch – Dante Personnel Centurion
