Non-Negotiable Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 57 years proven experience in electronics sales, contract manufacturing, or related industries Strong technical knowledge of electronic components and manufacturing processes Demonstrated track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets CRM proficiency with the ability to manage leads, RFQs, and sales pipelines Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally for client engagement Job Experience & Skills Required: Drive new business development through networking, cold calling, and industry events Manage the full sales cycle: Prospecting, quoting, negotiating, and closing deals Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships in the electronics space Convert RFQs into successful orders and ensure follow-through with internal teams Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and revenue Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to clients’ needs Collaborate with production, engineering, and QA teams to ensure client requirements are met Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches Support marketing initiatives and contribute to campaigns, events, and lead generation efforts For more engineering jobs, please visit:
