This role offers an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to lead operational finance functions, manage a team, and support strategic financial planning.
 
 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Group Financial Manager with strategic and operational finance duties
• Oversee and manage foreign exchange transactions
• Prepare and review accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and drive month-end close processes
• Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital optimisation
• Supervise the Accounts Payable function
• Lead and develop a small finance team, promoting best practice and accountability

 
Minimum Requirements:

• CA(SA) qualification
• Minimum of 3 years’ commercial experience post-articles
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data modelling, etc.)
• Exposure to Sage X3 or a comparable ERP system
• Strong technical accounting and analytical skills
• Proven experience in a services-based industry preferred
• People management experience – able to lead, mentor, and drive performance
