Primary Responsibilities1. Food Market Management Duties: Conduct research on viable food markets, maintaining a pipeline calendar of new and existing shows/markets Preparation, submission, and management of food market applications Management of stock preparation, sales performance, and stock takes before, during, and after food market operations Management of packaging, barcodes, recipes, delivery, and staffing for food market operations2. General Office Administration Duties: Timely management (receiving, organizing, and dispatching) of company orders to corporate, retail, and online clients Management and filing of company documents such as purchase orders, online payment receipts, supplier invoices, physical payment receipts, and others Maintenance of online content such as recipes, social media posts, etc. Any general office administration duties not mentioned aboveRequirements Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role Proficiency in English and Afrikaans languages (spoken, understood, and written) Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace as well as general proficiency with technology required Proficiency with social media (training will be provided) Reliable transportation is a must-haveCompensation Package Base salary of R96,000 per annum Profit sharing incentive bonus of 2.5% of gross annual food market sales, calculated by calendar year and payable in December Paid annual leave allowance of 20 days
