Midrand: Guarding Sales Manager posted by Smart Attitude Personnel

Hi Guys, I am still looking for a Guarding Sales Manager: This will be a new appointment & position to our company. We have a Reaction Sales Manager that manages a team of 10 and after we get another 2 guarding consultants onboard, we will have a team of 8 consultants which is getting too big for the MD to personally manage with his other duties. We need a seriously dynamic person with a VERY good track record of managing Teams and Consultants. Would prefer a Female firstly or a Male secondly for this role. They will report to the MD. Must be able to manage a team very well and have 3 – 5 yrs of experience. Looking for a friendly, determined and dedicated person.
