About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Midrand. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 8 guarding consultants, reporting directly to our Managing Director. With a strong track record of team management and sales experience, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success for our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 8 guarding consultants
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Provide coaching and training to team members to improve performance
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with the MD to drive overall business strategy
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field
- Previous security sales experience is mandatory
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Neatly dressed (clean appearance) at all times
Qualifications
- Completed relevant degree or diploma
- Any additional certifications or training relevant to the role
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary: R50 000 per month
- Commission structure: uncapped based on performance
