Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic ISP Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and manage key customer relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and business development skills to deliver exceptional results in the enterprise and business segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Lead prospecting, networking, and lead generation initiatives to grow the customer base.
- Conduct impactful sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and prepare pricing proposals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Organize and coordinate sales events and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide product and sales updates to internal stakeholders and contribute to strategic discussions.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in ISP sales, telecommunications, or technology solutions sales.
- Experience in B2B and B2C environments.
- Strong understanding of network services, broadband solutions, or related technologies.
- Skilled in lead generation, deal closure, and client relationship management.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Education & Added Advantage:
- Relevant certifications in sales, networking, or ISP services.
- Established network within the ISP or telecommunications industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing new business opportunities and growing revenue.
