Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Auditor Accounts specializing in Medical Administration to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will assist in auditing financial records and transactions related to medical services provided by our organization. The Junior Auditor will work closely with the Accounting and Medical Administration teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial processes.

Responsibilities:

– Review and audit financial records, contracts, invoices, and payments related to medical services
– Analyze and identify discrepancies, errors, or irregularities in financial transactions
– Verify accuracy of patient billing and insurance claims
– Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
– Prepare reports and documentation of audit findings and recommendations
– Collaborate with Accounting, Medical Administration, and third-party vendors to resolve financial discrepancies
– Assist in developing and implementing financial controls and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
– Provide support and guidance to staff on financial policies and procedures

Qualifications:

– BCom degree completed or currently studying
– And/Or SAICA/SAIPA Articles Completed
– Knowledge of medical billing and insurance claims processes is a bonus
– Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards in the healthcare industry
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software

You will be assisting in preparing and reviewing our client’s largest statement for submission.
