Air & Vacuum Technologies is seeking a hands-on, solution-driven Workshop Manager to lead our workshop transformation and deliver top-tier aftermarket service and repair solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor workshop staff to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance.Overhaul gearboxes and transmissions (critical), blowers, and turbo blowers.Manage repairs of pumps, vacuum pumps, blowers, and rotating equipment.Oversee job card reporting, workflows, and ERP systems.Ensure OHS and BCEA compliance.Drive new service offerings: contracts, rentals, and on-site servicing.Support sales and customers with technical solutions.Requirements:Trade-qualified (Fitter & Turner, Millwright, or similar).Proven gearbox/transmission overhaul experience essential.Knowledge of pumps, motors, and rotating equipment.Basic PLC/HMI and electrical fault-finding skills.ERP/job tracking experience.Workshop leadership experience.Bonus: Mechanical engineering qualification or project management.We’re looking for a hands-on leader, strong on systems, customer-focused, and ready to build something exceptional.What We Offer:Competitive salary + benefits (Provident Fund, Life & Disability Cover, Funeral Cover) in a stable, growing company.Apply now send your CV to Greg.
