Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and support the PMO system, ensuring data integrity, usability, and adherence to PMO standards. Support project managers with accurate project setup, scheduling, governance, and earned value tracking. Develop and maintain PMO training materials, templates, and project documentation standards. Consolidate and standardise project reporting, driving continuous improvement of PMO processes. Liaise with project managers and sponsors to track financial performance and support project streams. Prepare and facilitate PMO and portfolio meetings, analysing performance, compliance, and data quality. Manage small to medium IT projects and support project audits for governance compliance. Produce executive-level reports, including EXCO and sub-portfolio reporting, ensuring accuracy and quality. Support portfolio capacity planning, resource analysis, and project prioritisation. Integrate enterprise architecture considerations into project scoring and prioritisation. Job Experience and Skills Required: Min 5 years’ experience in project management Project Management Certificates will be an advantage Experience in complying with standards and procedures and maintaining them Apply now!
