Job Description
- Matric
- Valid Driver’s License & Own Vehicle
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Must have excellent telephone manners and have strong customer service skills
- Good and accurate administrative skills
- Ensure general safety and cleanliness in your immediate work area
- Attend to all visitors professionally and courteously
- Ensure visitors remain in the Reception area until the relevant person is contacted and available
- Take accurate messages and ensure they are promptly delivered to the appropriate individuals
- Maintain a neat, tidy, and professional Reception area at all times
- Handle internal phone calls efficiently and assist staff with general inquiries
- Receive and manage the delivery of documents or parcels, ensuring they are forwarded to the relevant recipients in a timely manner
- Report any issues, concerns, or irregularities to your Manager without delay
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks as assigned by the Financial Director or another senior team member
- Bind documents or books as required
- Restock the fridge and maintain refreshment areas as needed
- Carry out all other administrative tasks related to the front desk to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
