Requirements:
– Minimum 2–3 years New Vehicle Sales experience at a franchised dealership
– Must be able to speak English and Afrikaans fluently
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Strong customer service, negotiation, and closing skills
– Valid driver’s licence and Matric
– Professional, well-presented, and confident
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
– Strong online prospecting and lead-generation skills

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist walk-in clients and manage the full new vehicle sales process
– Conduct needs analysis, vehicle presentations, and test drives
– Prospect for new business through calls, referrals, and online platforms
– Manage and maintain a growing customer database
– Prepare quotations, handle trade-ins, and structure deals
– Ensure compliance with FICA, POPIA, and dealership processes
– Deliver excellent after-sales service to build lasting client relationships
