About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Content Creator to join our team in Midrand, Gauteng. As a key member of our content creation strategy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media campaigns across multiple platforms. Your expertise in creating high-quality visual, written, and video content will help us build and maintain a strong online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media content strategies to achieve business objectives
- Create high-quality visual, written, and video content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube)
- Manage and grow existing social media platforms, including increasing followers and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging and tone
- Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation efficiency
- Maintain a portfolio of published work demonstrating high-quality content creation
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Formal certification in Social Media Marketing and/or Digital Content Strategy (advantageous but preferred)
- Minimum of 35 years demonstrable experience in social media content creation and digital brand management
- Proven track record of managing and growing social media platforms
Qualifications
- Formal education/certification in a relevant field (if applicable)
