Midrand: Spares Contract Administrator (Temporary)

Qualifications Matric Requirements A minimum of 5 years work experience is required, preferably with previous exposure to a sales office, mining industry and contract management. An advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential Will be required to have a basic technical aptitude, preferably in the Mining or Engineering Industries. Will be required to understand and identify commercial and contractual risks associated around the compilation of quotations and purchase orders Will be required to have a valid drivers license and own transport. Duties Verify scope of client request and submit quotation timeously. Follow up with clients on status of quotations and pending orders. The contract management of spares orders. The contract management involves verifying pricing, capturing orders on the company’s in-house Contrax system. Placing orders on sub suppliers. Expediting all purchase orders ensuring that the suppliers meet obligations relating delivery date and scope of supply. Ensuring quality of supplied components adheres to company’s standards. Managing the progress of your specific contract. Maintaining communication with client. Managing all contract related commercial obligations, Costing, Cash Flow and Invoicing. Manage equipment packaging. Coordinate equipment shipping / transportation. The role involves the processing of a high volume quotations, contracts and client communication
