• Matric 

Requirements 

• A minimum of 5 years work experience is required, preferably with previous exposure to a sales office, mining industry and contract management.
• An advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
• Will be required to have a basic technical aptitude, preferably in the Mining or Engineering Industries.
• Will be required to understand and identify commercial and contractual risks associated around the compilation of quotations and purchase orders
• Will be required to have a valid drivers license and own transport.

Duties 

• Verify scope of client request and submit quotation timeously.
• Follow up with clients on status of quotations and pending orders.
• The contract management of spares orders. The contract management involves verifying pricing, capturing orders on the company’s in-house Contrax system.
• Placing orders on sub suppliers.
• Expediting all purchase orders ensuring that the suppliers meet obligations relating delivery date and scope of supply.
• Ensuring quality of supplied components adheres to company’s standards.
• Managing the progress of your specific contract.
• Maintaining communication with client.
• Managing all contract related commercial obligations, Costing, Cash Flow and Invoicing.
• Manage equipment packaging.
• Coordinate equipment shipping / transportation.
• The role involves the processing of a high volume quotations, contracts and client communication
