Job Description

About the Role

MSP Staffing LTD is seeking a creative and innovative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Midrand. We are looking for an experienced self-starter who can take responsibility for the full design process of web-based and mobile business applications, including user experience and user interface design.

Key Responsibilities

Create information architecture diagrams, user experience workflow diagrams, wireframes, proof-of-concepts and interactive prototypes
Work with cross-functional teams including business development, product management and engineering to deliver high-quality designs
Develop pixel-level mock-ups and/or clickable prototypes based on an existing style guide using tools such as Pencil, Visio, Balsamiq, Fireworks or Photoshop
Conduct user experience research and analyze design data to inform design decisions

Requirements

Minimum of five years of related work experience in interaction design, user interface design, and user experience research
Demonstrated skill set in design, development and research
Experience working with cross-functional teams including business development, product management and engineering
Strong ability to create wireframes, proof-of-concepts and interactive prototypes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (not specified)
